which suspension kit better?

hi all:
i looking for a cheap suspension kit for my car,i find apex,G max,and FK.under 250GBP
which one is better,any idea?
i see some website say type 1 and type 2 ,what is this .my car is 206cc 2001make 2000cc,menu .
and one more question i,m living in hong kong .i will visit england in 2009 jan . would they send those item to my hotel?

i have 2004 206cc and mybe i change the engain and put 206 GTI engine with manual gear
