On ours: Just put the key in and turn it, the cap should come away with the key still in it. When refitting put the cap back, turn the key to lock it and remove your key.

Don't use supermarket petrol in it, use quality fuel such as Shell, BP, Texaco and Esso. I use the Shell Optimax - not the cheapest but the car has never run better.

All fuel is identical and comes from the same refineries, the only difference being additives added.

Use Shell as its priced very competitive compared to the supermarkets and probably the best you can buy anyway. BP, Texaco, Esso, Total etc. are usually overpriced.

Quite, hence my recommendation not to use supermarket fuel.

My lock was stiff after a spell off the road and a squirt of WD40 in the lock sorted it out.
