Please help. Bad indicator problems.

Hi.

I was driving home last night and stopped at a rest stop on the motorway.

When I got going again, all indicators had stopped working on both using the hazard switch and indictor talk.

When switching on the hazar warning switch, you can hear the clicking at nornal speed but none of the indicators flash.

when using the stalk to indicate both left and right, the clicking is twice as fast. The indicator light on the dashboard no longer flash in both cases.

Have checked fuse -is ok.

The car is a 2 litre registered in 2001 (51).

Problem solved.

Took a fuse out of what I thought was a spare fuseholder but turns out it was the fuse for the indicators on the BSI.
