hi woundering if anyone could help.
I have a peugeot 206cc 2.0ltr SE 03 model, Bought the car in february and since i can remember it has always cut out, especially in the cold mornings when i come to a stop (if stopping in say 3rd 4th gear) but the car starts easily enough although rather frustrating, Just coming home from work and the same thing happens going down a hill, went to start and nothing happens, kept trying to turn the key and nothing happens so had to roll onto the pavement and put hazards on etc. Called out the AA eho suspects electrical fault and need a new bsi unit etc. Anyone else had this problem with their car and what it took to fix, Dad seems to think it may just be a starter motor? Someone we know works for our local peugeot garage so will be coming to check it out tomorrow, hope it isnt too expensive!!
