My wifes Pug had a flat bettery and I wanted to replace it, but I've been told 3 different types.. can anyone please confirm, what is the number for the PROPER 206cc 2.0 battery.

I'd get mine from the main dealer, shouldn't go wrong then. Don't know any number. I understand that some aren't as high (tall) as the original equipment one. You then need to put a piece of wood underneath to get the terminals to reach. A main dealer should supply the correct one.
