Hi all, new member here. I'm Alan, I'm 43 and live in southern Spain! I am going to pick up my 206CC 2.0 SE this week, can't wait. Had the Vauxhall (opel out here) Tigra cc but prefer the looks of the 206. Couldn't stretch to the new 207............maybe in a year or two when prices are better!
really enjoyed looking round the forum, some great advise that saved me from buying a lemon!
At least living in Spain, I can go topless most of the time, except when it's too hot (ha ha!):rotfl:

Hired a 306 cab in Spain. Got sunburnt en route from Alicante to Arboleas. Most folk prefer the air-conditioning out there!

Thanks for the welcome guys.
Just have to remember your hat and sunblock....
......but climate control is essential in the hight of the summer, I live inland on the Altiplano we have EXTREME weather 45degrees in the summer and down to -10 in the winter! It's only 2 degrees today, so back to the woodburner for me now!

Well, I have taken ownership of my CC. The drive back from the garage is 150km, mostly motorway, so had a chance to give it a good try (all with in the legal speed limit of course!) It doesn't squeak, rattle or roll, and it pee'ed down the entire way home, and NO leaks. Also the computer said that it returned 36.5 mpg so really quite chuffed with that. Roll on the glorious spring weather!

Good for you Alan. Been snowing again here so our 206cc is tucked away in the garage. I'm glad yours seems ok on the face of it. No leaks is good!
