Hi redkev and welcome to the forum!
Yes, hopefully you should be reasonably problem free with a 56 plater but if you need advice, you know where to look.

Welcome to the forum Kev. With one of the later 1.6's you should have a fault free car if it has been serviced properly and well looked after. I assume it is the petrol version. How many miles on the clock?
Many problems are self inflicted by new owners so make sure you read the owners manual thoroughly. Particularly the roof operation.

Re: hello to you all
When I got mine she was a 2007 one owner car with full service history and 18,000 on the clock but I had a few problems. I just dug my heels in and the Main Dealer Sales Manager winced every time he saw me! (I even managed to surprise myself at how balshy I could be!). I fell out of love with her for a few weeks but now I am smitten again!!! Have had a lovely few months with her!!! Where in N Yorks are you?
