whining noise...cutting out...clonking

basically i have a very loud whining noise when the car is running and driving, and when i stop at traffik lights it keeps over revving and then cutting out, iv been told its the power steering pump so iv baught a new one but someone told me that it might not be that it could be the alternator bearings does anybody have any ideas? Also there is a clunk wen i fully lock the wheel i think this might b the bushes..

Could you start it up open the bonnet and try have a better listen
