New Style

Hi All,

thought it was about time to update the style of the forum

it's called "supernova" not designed by me but have added a few tweaks and quite a few new icons

known problems/bugs -

- the portal isn't styled like the forum, might look into but the minimal styling as grown on me

- parts of the user control panel aren't quite right, again i may look into it

think thats about it

I really like the new forum style. So much better than before. The colour makes viewing so much easier and clearer for me too.
