Hi All

Post by haza »

Hi just got the wife a 54 plate 1.6cc blue in colour 72k

Had a few issues with it the biggest one the exhaust fell off and damaged the cat :censored:

Gave it new brakes all round

Oil filter and plugs next and getting timming belt done this week

I need to change the boot struts as the boot is quite heavey to lift and can drop down a bit to easy, any suggestions on the best way to change them

Regards

Take my advice and renew the water pump and coolant at the same time as the timing belt.

As for the gas struts, see here:
