rough idle during warm up

car starts & runs well as soon temp reaches 70 degres starts misfire lumpy idle. revs up 2000rpm ,when temp reaches 85-90 degres its ok : cleaned throttle housing air temp sensor idle speed stepped motor ect. any clues ,ive already checked previous problems listed .thanks.
