dipped beams not working!

Hi guys, last night my wifes' 03 plate 2.0l 206cc dipped beams would not come on. I checked both the bulbs and the fuses, all of which are intact. The sides and main beam work fine, all other systems are working fine. Could it be the relay and if so where is it located to have a look? Any other suggestions? Many thanks for any help. cheers, Mark
