Air Con ??

talking of air con (well we were in a different post) has anyone had any trouble with theirs ? I ntice that when it's off I get a steady stream of warm air if the vents are open, and intermittenly if i turn it on and have it low say 14 /15 I get a really hot blast of air for a little while and then it gets cooler but no where near 14/15 ??
