ROOF/BOOT FAULT

Hi This is driving me literally insane with the constant beeping whilst driving.
The garage have looked at this problem for 3 hours yesterday and havent a clue why the roof isnt functionally properly.

The roof goes down (gets stuck half way but continues), the problem is somewhere in the boot, its not locking in, hence then have to manually put up. Its the like the boot bit doesnt fit or something, it will not go right into place (although when roof up its perfectly fits).

Have had every check possible on all switches etc, really dont want to have to take to peugoet as will cost a bomb, any ideas will be a great help, the constant beeping whilst driving is literally driving me insane

I have had the diagnostic check also and has come back fine, its definately something to do with the upper boot. I live in WSM

Trying to understand what you mean here, can you give some yes and no answers to these questions please.

Do you get a beep / Bong when undoing the rood latches?
Do the windows all retract correctly?
Does the boot lid open correctly?
Does the roof fold in to the boot correctly?
Does the Boot lid Close and the parcel shelf raise?
Does the boot lid lock closed?

That should help is identify where the issue is in the sequence. Im no where near WSM, sorry
