I have a 206 2004 1,4 bva petrol+lpg, 85k kilometers. last year she began to stop while idle or going on road, all the time. We check many point like sockets, sensors and pp2000 didn't show any problems. and at last, she didn't started because of flat battery and i jumped it with cables from othe car and went about 5 kms. I parked it and it cranked but didn't start. I jumped many times. no fire! i changed the battery new and old ones many times- but didn't know that i had to make disconnect/connect battery prcedure.
I checked all the fuses. i changed the crank/volant sensor. no fire. it's cranking but no fire- no start. fuel pump is ok. enaugh fuel pressure. I carried the car to the pug dealer. they changed the coil pack. no fire.
the report says "ecu locked" and want to changed the ecu. sagem s2000 kfw or may be kwf
I think I must have a team "ecu - bsi and keys" from a broken car.
I saw that the ecu had been modified by the user before me. sealant in one area gane away and changed the flash unit-I think.
no cambelt maintanence, levels of fluids ok.
what have to I do? what is the meaning of "ecu locked"? how can we unlock it?
