Window issue

Hi guys I have an issue with the rear driver side window, when ever I shut the roof the window is out of line by about an inch. You have to press the switch up/down a few times and move it by hand to line up,my partner is thinking something to do with the regulator/mechanism please help so it's ready for summer

if you spray the rubber with silicon it should help mine does the same if I don't spray it
