Green Fluid Leak

Post by Firebhoy »

I've just discovered some sort of leak behind the front nearside brake disc. There's thick green fluid everywhere and it's covered the inside of the wheel. Any thoughts?

I thought that may be the case. New steering rack?

Have you checked the level in your power steering fluid reservoir? Has it gone down? If not, could the mess be constant velocity joint grease from a split driveshaft gaiter instead?

It wont be power steering fluid. Unless it is sprayed around the wheel.

I think Ron maybe right. Check all your fluid levels though to make sure.
