info on a gti please

Hi everyone I wounded if you could help me and give a little advice please.
I'm looking to buy a 04, 206 gti this weekend and would like to know if there's anything I should look out for I.e any known problems that i can ask the seller.

Being a CC site we have other major things to look for like the folding roof ... but the general issues are all the same on all 206s.


I think there is a buyers guide on here if you run a search, but I know there was one on 206info.co.uk in their forum which is worth a read, and loads more info. If it's the 138bhp version that has the same engine as the CC, but if the 180bhp or diesel version they have it's own list of issues to look for ...




and remember it's a GTI so it's probably be ragged to an inch of it's life by previous owners ...
