newbie with age old problem

Post by mannin75 »

read thru loads of your posts and tried everything i can but roof went down and refused to come up!???
all i was getting was warning beeps. so i manually closed it couldnt get lid to lock even cable tied mechanism together so micro switch is in made position still all i get warning beep continuously as soon as i touch button and continues after i have let go until i turn ignition off. and with ignition back on as soon as i unlatch roof the warning beep starts again wont stop until i turn ignition off???? frustated! anyway i checked as many micro switches i could for continuaty and found that the rear left ram had a leak looks like bottom hose i had noticed oil was low and had topped up but i cant get motor to repressure system to diagnose properly think i need a pp2000 but dont no anywhere local besides dealers  !?
any ideas or anyone local to birmingham/dudley. cheers in advance for any advise

Doesn't look as if it's being kept up-to-date .. I've posted the question for you on there.

There is one guy on 206info near Dudley with PP2000 and another who visits the area fairly often ..

Check that thread again .. you might need to register to post/PM them .. good luck!
