Creaking roof on 206 CC

The roof seems to be creaking on the drivers side near the roof lever which you use to lock it closed, is their any adjustment which can be made to stop this or is their anything else I can do - it's driving me mad lol

Try treating the rubber seals with Autoglym Vinyl and Rubber Care. Even if that's not the cause, it will prolong the life of the rubber, so you can't lose

Mine creaks sometimes, but stops if I undo the roof latch and then clamp it back up. I think is allows the roof to realign itself, and stops the creaking - not a long term solution, but a cheap, quick and easy solution.

Mine does it on and off.

I think you just have to learn to live with it. As due to the body flexing something has to give and any movement can result in a noise.

I did apply some red rubber grease to the seals. Helped a bit, as did some normal grease to the bars that the clamps grip too.
