2002 Peugeot 206 CC with 65,000 miles
Just got the bill for crankshaft oil seal replacement which includes cambelt and tensioners, water pump etc.
Pre MOT check revealed that rear disc's and pads needed replacing along with rear brake pipes, one rear caliper, exhaust hangers, and front droplinks.
Small service including oil and filter change, air filter change and auto gearbox oil level check.
The grand total is £720!!!
I already had a second key fob done, replaced numerous bulbs around the car, replaced the drivers door check strap and replaced the CD Player for the princely sum of £200!!!
All 4 tyres are down to about 3-4mm so will need changing before next winter.
I hope this is the end of throwing money at it - at least until the next MOT lol

Tyres will probably need doing before that ... Legal limit is far too low ...

Each of those jobs are fairly routine maintenance, unfortunately for you they all came at once.
I just dropped a bill on one of my customers for nearly £900 for work on an '08 Transit for new EGR valve, MAF sensor, front & rear pads and a service inc a pr of wiper blades and it still needs a tyre and a couple of other things doing. The EGR valve was nearly £300 on its own!

Oil leak and Pre MOT - OUCH!
Got Pug back yesterday, drives like a new one! Amazing what a bit of TLC can do rather than neglect!!!
MOT middle of next month and I have been assured it will pass without problem with advisories for rear tyres which will be changed at the end of the summer - Happy days!!!
