Hi,
I have a 2002 1.6 206cc and I've gone to turn my lights off and the passenger side sidelight and tail light stay on, any ideas? Even with the key out of the ignition they stay on, I've now taken the tail light bulb out to stop the battery draining, would really appreciate any help.

Try the BSI Reboot Procedure. Follow the instructions exactly.
If that does not help, open the engine compartment fusebox and look for water ingress (it can enter through the cabling). Also applies to the passenger compartment fusebox (BSI).

Thanks for the reply, Yes tried BSI reset still the same, checked fusebox under steering wheel and also in engine compartment, checked wiring from fusebox back, there was a bit of water but all wires clean and intact.

I would clean everything with electrical contact cleaner, then place the electronics in plastic bags with rice (uncooked!) to thoroughly dry them out.

Me ive suddenly got all sidelights on permenantly and always had passenger airbag level 2 fault popping up, also ive had the car over a year and in that time whenever the brake pedal is pressed the front o/s sidelight comes on.
Not only that with the sidelights on and brake pedal pressed you can remove the key while the engine is running and it will stay running or turn the ignition on and prime the fuel pump if the key is out already.
Update your result please as I may have to go the same route.
