Hi im a consultant tech for citroen i have a roof issue on my wifes car but want to do my homework before i do full post,is there a wiring diagram for 2002 206 cc roof my chassis is VF32DNFUF42265292 as think i have microswitch issues

hi have done a bit of work this possible fault left and right arches have no voltage going to them with roof up and all the rest have a holding voltage pressent relay have looked at some pictures on here will it be ovious what part to press

Yes you pop the cover off it and press the end of the shiny steel bit.

Cool will give that a go hope it works thought id found it with the voltages issues,least i can still use the roof it just does not finish cycle and beep will let you know,learnt alot so far lol

Sorry but removed cover all I can see is the shiny end of the motor shaft whitch is solid and the internal motor armature and windings can any more light be sheed

Check the wiring connections as well near the n/s boot lid hinge. It's covered by plastic trunking.
Ours had been pulled out as this wiring also feeds the upper brake light. It thought the boot was open apparently.

REAL shame tryed relay trick but my motor is working all the way back and forward anyway and buy pressing the paddle in the relay is just bypassing switches worth a go though,have noticed my heated rear window is inop buy 3rd brake light is working thanks though slo

dont know if makes a difference i only tryed the closing relay as near on inpossible to safley press opening relay unless u put a midget in the boot lol

Might be on to a winner but need verification I tested all micro switches again they have a resistance of about 0.2 pressed and nothing open but there is one in the boot lid im getting voltage to but risistance is over 6.00 as a mechanic using this process it would say this is faulty can any one clarify many thanks Dom

There are 2 switches in the boot latch, when you did the relay trick did you allow it to grab the bootlid at the front catches?
