Windows wipers
My window wipers stuck in up right position used them this morning stopped for petrol won't start again.went back hour later gave it ago started then stopped again any help please .

It could be a control problem, but it could be a bad spot on the motor commutator. The motor needs to be tested (e.g. by an auto electrician).
If it has got a bad spot, it is probably cheaper to replace the motor than to attempt a repair. You could try a car breaker, if you have one locally (so that it's easy to return it if it isn't good).
