Who can I contact in Peugeot?

Just rang my dealer and they STILL cannot give me any idea when my car will be ready. Last week it was supposed to be arriving this week and now they have no idea. They reckon it is still in the build stage. They also say they cannot let me know any more info. That sounds stupid to me.
Who can I contact in Peugeot direct to find out where my car is and when I will get it?

Try Peugeot Customer Relations
When I had problems with my car being delayed (early 2001) I spoke to a very useful guy. He kept me up to date if there were any developments and even told me the bad news when it got delayed further - he kept nothing from me.
You never know - it may be worth a shot in the dark for Peugeot to be helpful.

Make sure you have your order number off the Peugeot system and try Steve Jones on 02476 884834.

If you cant get through on the direct number then try the main switchboard number and ask for him by name.

He is the guy who helped sort out all my problems. He is just too helpful for his own good

Thanks Rob. Spoke to Steve and he was very helpful. not good news tho....see "I want my car" for news.

BTW when are we getting our models?
