Result!
Turned up to work this morning and was told to go home as the building was flooded. Unfortunately have to go to work tomorrow but there will be no phones working so it should be a quiet day. Will have computers so email and internet so at least I can keep in touch with the world and this site.
Only prob with not being in work today was Pug Customer Services were going to call me to tell me when my CC was going to be delivered.
