Hi Bugsy - just heard from Burge in Leeds too - clearly this is the cc centre of the North.

Got ours as import too - no manual at all (Motorpoint) - so trial and error. An English Manual would be worth its weight in gold - can anyone lend one for photocopying?

1. Language: hit the buttons on the display screen - it will cycle though languages, and set clock etc
2. Auto light - turn ignition key to first notch. Then press the "auto" button on the end of the lights stalk (but this is what took me ages to realise - you have to keep it held down for a few secs - one press dont do it)
3. Auto wipers - same thing I think. Can't recall if they re-set to non-auto - don't think so.

Enjoy - when it stops raining!

See my post to Burge - a semi-serious suggestion to meet up in the Palace!

Ooh er Meet up at the Palace with me CC that's a little bit scary for us suburbanites! Unless you know otherwise!!!! I'm in Garforth and so far we definitely have 2 moonstone 1.6's here and a black 1.6!
Have seen other ones in and around Garforth but don't know if they live here or just passing through. Red 2.0 in Kippax also. We will have to meet up though and try and have a northern CC Mexican roof wave just like at the Drayton Manor meet. See the pics it was just the most fab day!!!

We've seen 2 black cc's parked up at the Quarry Hill car park and by the market respectively. We have a view of the road system at the end of Crown Point bridge, and our favourite hobby is spotting cc's going by. Sad, really

Sorry Bugsy - not seen/heard the disco effect! But was dead impressed that the auto headlights stay on after you lock up for about 30 secs, presumably so you can find the house-keys and get in safely. Nice touch.

buggsy,

Have you got a private plate on it? If so I think I have seen it when driving to my sisters house in Methley. Between Rothwell sports centre and church lane on main road?

Anybody fancy a mini meet at the Crusader in Garforth (on A63 Selby road)? Its got a massive car park and is easily accessible from A1 and M1.

Our motorpoint car doesn't have leather, so it isn't the order you are thinking about (probably just as well, I guess?). Motorpoint were OK I suppose, but the salesman was .... err ... economical with the truth when it came to telling us about the APR interest rate on the finance package.

A Mexican wave outside the Palace would be a laugh ... but you wouldn't want to risk parking there with the roof down. There's a lot to be said for the suburbs ... fewer druggies/glue-sniffers for one thing.

Crusader it is then. I'll just say when I'm going to be there and see who turns up - watch this space!!

Burge

P.S. Buggsy it is the other one that I have seen. Don't they do massive meals in the Bay Horse!!! Went there on Christmas Day and there was no way I could eat it all and I love me food. Hence recent enrolment at Slimming world. Saying that though sat down to a whole roast chicken at work today and it was permissible on the diet!!!
