I'm having a prob with a sticking stalk, when i push volume down, sometimes the volume goes down to zero. Is this just a case of the stick sticking or do you think its something electrical.

Thanks
Colin

I've had the same problem and nobody was able to help me here. I believe it is mechanical rather than electrical. I am going to get it seen to next time I take my car in and will probably push for it to be changed over.
Cheers

Being the experienced mechanic i am, i decided to fix it myself by yanking on the stick harder then usual (no jokes please!!) in a cicular motion, up down, left right. and low and behold, it doesn't happen anymore. but thats only because it's knackered!!! Nah only joking, it works fine now so no more sticky problems for me for the time being.

Give it a try but only if you are competent at yanking??!!!
