Roof Not Working. Just Beeping When I Press The Roof Button

Hi guys

I am looking for a bit of advice. My roof isn’t working. It just beeps when I press the button to open it. I have had the car on a scanner and it came up with these faults. I think I have sorted the windows as the runners just needed a clean so both now going up and down as normal. The other fault

65 Permanent Fault. Boot Open Switch. Open Circuit Or Short Circuit To Earth.

Can anyone tell me what this means and where this switch is located. And where I can find a replacement.
