When matching a controller to my geared stepper motor (https://www.oyostepper.es/category-26-b ... tores.html), I've noticed differences in the output pulse frequencies of different brands.

The motor runs smoothly at some frequencies, but exhibits abnormal transmission noise at other frequencies, though not indicating a fault.

I'd like to ask experienced users how to determine the optimal pulse frequency range for a geared stepper motor? What effects will exceeding the compatible frequency have on the gear transmission components? Are there any simple testing methods?
