Canceled my CC :-(

After 26 weeks of waiting I decided to cancel my CC with the importer as they were taking the biscuit. I have also decided to not get a cc anymore. one main reason is the summer is over (When did it start? some might say!!!!)

I am looking to purchase a Honda Civic TypeR in the near future. Never mind I think the cc and me was not meant to be. Perhaps oneday (307cc maybe). One thing is for certain though I aint going to stop using this site/forumm

Certainly is, how am I supposed to get to 500 when there are no message to reply to. But then we could be classed as been sad, it is a Saturday afernoon after all. I'm chilling after having a very stressed shopping experience in the Trafford Centre, 31/2 hours to buy a new mobile ,on a Saturday, the trafford centre should only be visted when the shop are closed.

I went for the samsung A300, not my fist choice but ok. Mine got lifted in the pub that night, and my current service provider is shocking.

I know the`It wasn`t meant to be` feeling.
Initial order from motorpoint in Jan.changed importer to springwell.
I stuck at it, and now have a shiny blue cc in my garage...(Aug 1st)...it is definately worth it.

Type R in sushine,cc along side = :sad:
Type R = speeding tickets :sad:
cc drive slower look

Summer`s not over just a bit late.

Yeah don't give up. Lots of people here have waited a long time (for various reasons) to get their CC including me. It's worth waiting for. And then again if you follow some of Steve's (buggsymoran) leads above you'll probably get it very quickly!!!

You don't need a Summer to use a CC topless!

In the summer you get sunburn and hayfever with the roof down - I favour winter topless driving... 8am Boxing Day last year, minus a few degrees C, 70+mph along Bedford bypass .... very refreshing!

OK, so you have to wrap up and your ears get a bit cold, but EVERYBODY looks at you!

And besides, as other posters have said on this forum, speed permitting you don't get wet in the rain!

Despite what we have been put through by Peugeot and two of their dealers, the car is a must any weather.

Nah, i'd trade my CC for something else when its raining, cause i hate not being able to open the window a tiny bit, cause u get a lapfull of water anytime u take a corner, or a constant drip :sad:

But yeah as long as its not raining the roof is down.

Oh and EVERYBODY looking at you is the thought......what a moron wearing 500 layers of clothing, scarf and ear muffs just to put the roof down

OH AND ONE MORE THING.........GET A CC, you wont regret it!!!

My only problem against the CC is the build quality. I do around 20000 miles a year traveling back and for to work. My main problem is I am afraid of having a lot of problems with the pug and to take it to the garage all the time. Where if I go for a Japanese or German car then I know they have good build quality.

Although the CC looks the business is the car going to be reliable?

500 layers? Don't think so, just a decent jacket and a pair of gloves, no scarf and ear muffs.
