Very interesting, haven't seen it before but have seen a German owner's remote operation on video and this is probably it.

Personally I can't see the point as you still have to manually operate the latches to seal the roof and stop water getting in. Also, not too sure about the increased speed for roof operation. I'd be concerned about stresses to the roof that are not catered for in the base design.

Nice toy, but I can't see much value.

Note that this only works on the multiplexed "newer" versions of the CC and not mine (sob sob)

You've just nipped into the supermarket and the heavens open. Do you ditch your shopping to rush outside or do you relax, knowing that your roof is closing by itself.

Of course, some water may trickle in as the roof is not secured shut, but better than a complete swimming pool innit? :grin:
