Hi all,

Picked up my car on Saturday from trade-sales. Wonderful car so far but does have a couple of features!!!
1) Squeaky windows (silcon spray now bought but not yet applied)
2) "Wooly" electric mirror joystick!!

Hope to see many of you driving around

How did you find Trade Sale's service? Also, if not too rude, can I ask what you paid, and how long did you wait?

I ordered mine from Virgin at the end of April and they 'say' it should be with me in mid September. It was originally slated to arrive mid July, so I'm a bit sceptical.

Is it UK sourced?

Can't say that I've played with my electric mirror joystick enough to comment on whether it was woolly or not

You should ask Erm about woolly things, after his Welsh adventure

Hmmm.. I think I better not comment ;)

Their service was I guess brusque. I had to wait a total of about 2 hours ;) Basically they had the exact model and colour in stock, on thier forecourt, pre-registered and taxed. All they did was give it a quick wash on the outside. So when I got home I spent a couple of hours giving the inside a good clean and also the windows.

The cost was a smidgin under £14k for the 2.0se in Aegean Blue.

Oh and I live just across the "border" in Middlesex. So I may well see some of you in a few weeks.
