For any of you guys or galls out there about to buy a windstop I must point out that my nice honest yorkshire dealer today pointed out that the windstop is £174.35. It is only £200.00 if fitted. I did query with him if he had added the VAT and he double checked and £200 WAS the fitted price. Thankyou Bruce! That's £25 saved which I can put towards another little gift for my CC.

P.S. It is now dark and raining so will be attempting to fit it myself tommorrow weather permitting!

An absolute piece of p*** mate, (sorry Lindon I shouldn't swear), fitting won't take long.

Fitting instructions:
1. Put kettle on.
2. Walk out to the car.
3. Fit windstop, approx 2 minutes.
4. Walk back from car.
5. Wipe feet on doormat.
6. The kettles boiled, so sit back and relax while your missus makes you a nice cup of tea.
7. Contain excitement while waiting for sunny day.

He already does! We have an arrangement. He looks after the house and I look after the Horse!

Sounds fair to me!

Burge

P.S. He is the best husband in the world and I have turned down a lot of good offers for him!

Markr,

I think you have been done. There is nowhere I have seen it published that the Windstop should be anymore than £200. I queried the price when I went to pick mine up asking whether he was sure that he had added the VAT and he had - the man told me it was definitely £174.35.

Markr,

I would love to get to the bottom of this. I have never seen the windstop advertised as anything else but £200 and that is what I was told originally at the dealership. £200 taking off the VAT is £170.21 not £174.35 so where does that figure come from? I think I will e-mail Peugeot customer services and see what they say. When I have found out I will let you know.
