hi all,
Just bought one of the above Kenwood MP3 players for my new 206SE 2002 Multiplex.
Can anyone give me definitive advice on exactly how to install. I'm ok on installing on standard cars, but I need to know exactly which adpaters and part number of bits I need for the multiplex, adapters etc to get the display and stalk control working, and also any other tweaks i need to do.
cheers in advance.

Get the adapter from Peugeot - part number is around somewhere unless someone can remember it offhand - it's a couple of quid.
You may need to swap the +12V battery wire over - it was in the wrong pin on my adapter.
There is no illumination wire and the +12V ignition wire is useless. Get yourself some 5A cable from the illumination pin down to the ashtray light to sort the first problem out.
The ignition wire should be connected with 17A cable down to the cigarette ligher - that will do you fine for a HU up to 200W (4x50W).
These can be reached by lifting the ashtray out, the gearshift gaiter out and the mirror/window switch body out.
You may also find access easier if you take the fascia off - lift the display console out and then undo the 2 screws at the top of the main fascia to release that.
