) so I want to start with a headunit and some new speakers.I'd like to get a headunit that will be compatible with the existing CD changer (6 Disc Clarion) as fitted by my Peugeot dealer and the remote stalk. I've narrowed the headunits down to 2 possibilities (The Sony CDX-M630 being one) but I'm thinking that surely a Clarion would be the best bet as far as adaptability with stalk and changer goes. The thing is, before getting the cc, I'd never heard of Clarion so are the Headunits any good??? The one i want is the DXZ928R - http://www.djtoot.com/download/clarion.jpg Does anyone know the spec for this and if it is a good one? I know nothing about watts and channels and preouts etc and don't want to be disappointed.
If I go for this, do you think it will be compatible and that the sound produced will kick or will I regret it??????? The thing is, its hard for me to find HU's I like cos I'm so fussy. I want something subtle in looks without loads of flashing lights but also something that is jazzy enough to impress people that see it.
