Paul dont be a plonker. Use some brain and you will manage it. I do all the ironing of duvets and sheets and shitrts in our house. Hang on, the only thing I dont iron is T-shirts.

I can't believe I'm actually going to answer this with a top tip, but here goes...
Try folding the sheets and duvet cover into halves or quarters before ironing, it makes them easier to manipulate on the ironing board.

Blimey do people actually iron stuff that will not be seen in public!!!
Items never ironed include:
Sheets
Duvet covers
Pillowcases
Teatowels
Socks
Pants
T-shirts(if you hang them carefully on the clothes horse they don't need it)
Horse clothes
Tight stretchy clothing such as jodphurs
etc. etc. etc.
Hope my hubby doesn't read this as he irons everything else!!
