CC went in on tuesday for leaks, brakes,cd changer and new roof switch.

Came back 4 days later

What had they done,NOTHING,they had forgotten, due to there not being a job card made up.

When i rang them at 5pm on friday nite to ask where my car was saying i needed it for the meet on sunday ,even though i had told them i MUST have it bac.they did look at the leaks, got car bac at 8pm.

Have been told will now get the changer for free and a free valet and tank of juice when it goes bac in next week,

like a car with 1300 miles on it needs a full valet--PRICELESS.

I fear that nothing those muppets do could surprise me, because my expectations of them couldn't be lower.

Anytime I put my car in (which is FAR too often) I spell everything out to them like they are 2 year olds, and then keep in close contact to keep an eye on what they are up to.

That said, well done for getting some freebie 'apology' stuff from them, it's better than the 'couldn't care less' shrug of the shoulders I've come to expect.

well, car went too the zoo last week for above items, car came back late thurs nite in dark,so no chance to look over it.

was away to the lake district first thing friday morn,so loaded up car,get in and AAARRRRHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Where the ********************* had taken the headunit out to fit the cd changer cable they had let the unit dangle on the dash, about 20 deep scratches all over it,then noticed that the alarm led not working, closer looking spotted no hazard lites or door locking.

when removing head unit they had pulled a cable out, then on way to lakes me phone rang, but wots this,i cant hear it very well,on looking they had pulled the phone kit speaker out as well.

PRICELESS

At least you got your CC to the garage , every time I ring my dealer they give me a phone diagnosis of the problem , then tell me that the problem isnt a problem "because CC's dont suffer from that" before telling me to ring back next week and putting the phone down .

You lucky , lucky b*st*rds
