My alarm's gone off three times tonight for no reason  , any ideas why? The car's booked into the garage for other repairs on Friday  , do I just lock the car with the key until then? Its a pre multiplex model if that's any relevance.

Don't do what my boss did with his TT and leave his mobile in it. Vibrating phones + sensitive alarm = annoyed employees ;)

Or what I did, temperamental alarm in Peugeot workshop = deaf and very annoyed monkeys! They actually drove my car back to me after three hours as they were so annoyed with it! :rotfl:

I have a similar problem too.....My alarm kept going off as soon as I lock the doors or at least after a few seconds but if I used the spare key to lock it the problem goes away. I guess it's a key programming problem but has anyone any idea what may have caused it? I read somwhere that if you press the wrong buttons on the key too many times, when locking or unlocking, it looses its' code......or is this something I have dreamt up all on my own?

I had a simular poblem, they replaced all the internal sensors and the boot solenoid. Mine started by not been able to unlock the boot. Pretty funny that when i took it to see the Monkies they had all the parts in stock and fixed it
