So I'd taken off the wheels & cleaned them. Taken off the wheel arch trim and cleaned all the gunk out of behind there. Cleaned inside the car. Etc. Etc. Etc. Time to wash the outside, so I put the roof back up and get the bucket.

I slop sponge all over the driver's side of the roof, then go around to the passenger side to see the quarter-light is still about an inch from the top! A few minutes of trying to get it to go back up and I notice that the seal at the back (the bit that's poking in the air when the roof's down) has caught in the roof pillar so it's stopping the window going up. The computer doesn't actually check the window's up before putting the front window up - just that it's not moving any more.

Roof back down, roof back up and everything was fine again. Dry the passenger seat, and start all over again :P

This is probably the cleanest this car's been since it was delivered - even took the numberplates off... Just need to polish it now :D

Oh, and I discovered a crease on the back wing. Not happy

I had the same problem last night re the back window not completely closed when the front had completely. I already have it booked in for 22 July for the windows not correctly closing so will mention the problem then.

Another very hot sunny day - roof down weather 8)
