Spacesaver wheels - where from?

Hello fellow Aussie 206CC owners. I picked up my shiny new Aegean Blue CC just last Friday but I've already decided it's the best little car I've ever owned. (It's the 6th 2 door coupe or convertible in a row that I've owned.)

I didn't know that the car DIDN'T come with a spare wheel until the day I picked it up. Living in a regional area, I've decided it would be a good idea to have one of those space saver wheels I've seen mentioned here. Are these only available from Peugeot dealers? Or can anyone recommend alternative retailers? I've seen in the forum $60 or so mentioned as a price - where from?

I travel to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra on a regular basis (guess why I want a spare wheel!) so I'm happy to buy from any of these 3 cities.

I'm only aware of them from Peugeot dealers and would recommend that's what you do.

My Peugeot dealer just emailed me to say $95 + tyre, so that looks like what I'll be doing. Cheers.

if possible get the tyre with it, i got the rim from peugeot and seem imposible to get the tyre afterward, i end up getting it from wrecker yard.

Absolutely! (and pronounced, for you lot in old Blighty, "wogga wogga").

Believe it or not, we are just up the road from Grong Grong and we're not TOO far away from Walla Walla!!

yeah liz, Grong Grong, Walla Walla, Wagga Wagga (and trungley hall :rolleyes:

) are all real australian town and so is
woolloomooloo (NSW 2011)

yepper, lots of landmark in AU use aboriginal names...

Wagga is the local Wiradjuri aboriginal word for crow and to create the plural, the Wiradjuri repeat the word. Thus Wagga Wagga translates as 'the place of many crows'.

You know that Wagga is 1/2 way between Sydney and Melbourne? It would be a great place to hold an Aussie CC get together!!

Hey, but Oz names not so strange as Brit names - what about "Bishops Stortford"? or "Pratts Bottom"? Not to mention "Spital Tongues"

My holidays seem to involve driving arround australia alot, and stop at town for bed. I been to Wagga, very beautiful, nice winery i wouldnt mind a CC meet there. On the way there I remember there is this town just off Gundagai (Timut?), just few thousand people and they have 17 pubs! and lots of them with surname Toohey

(i didnt visit 17 pubs
