The oil display which usually looks like this (00000_) is now looking like this (_ _ _ _ _). I know this would indicate that it has run out of oil but, A) It went from FULL to EMPTY overnight (and no sign of any oil on the floor under the car!), and B) the oil light on the instrument panel has not come on. I haven't got time to take into the monkeys as I need to drive to the airport in it tomorrow to go on hols. Any ideas anyone? :?
Lovin it! Specially when the roof doesn't leak;)

My CC is going to hospital next week to have the very same thing looked at - I've heard that its a computer problem which can be resolved fairly easily by the Pug Monkeys by plugging it into a laptop and reprogramming it.

At the end of the day, the dipstick is a more reliable way of checking the oil level anyway - it that looks ok then you should not have a problem.

Have a good trip to the airport!

Yep, software update might help. At least in my case it worked...
