Okay, after reading round a bit, I think I have figured out that I have a multiplexing motor because of a delay when changing from hi beam, having split hazard/lock buttons blah blah blah! Even though I have no idea what this ACTUALLY means even after searching for it on the forum (any explanation appreciated  ).

I believe that this means I can get a connector for stalk controls/display unit to practically any make/model of head unit. Do I have this right? If so, any ideas here I can source one?

Cheers
Andy.

No. It means you *cannot* get an adapter for virtually any make/model.

So far, it seems you're ok with Pioneer & Sony and I'm trying to confirm Kenwood although it seems Kenwood may be out of the question if the car was made between Nov01 and Sept02 because they use a different multiplex bus now and Autoleads are unwilling to develop an adapter for such a limited run.

Do you know where you can get these connectors from for a Pioneer DEH P8500MP head unit? Looked on the Autoleads website but can only find connectors to ISO??? :?:

Can't find this on the website and when you try to send them an email it don't work. There's something wrong with the form on the website.
