Altering the Auto Volume setting

On other cars this feature is far more pronounced, but on the cc most people say they can't hear any difference.
Did someone on here say that the amount of Auto Volume increase can be adjusted by pug? :?

I can't remember the name of the chap on here who is a pug ICE man. Can you help!
