Hi All,
Ive got an Agean blue 2003 2.0i SE pre-facelift model with obviously black bumpers!
Has anybody with the same colour car had their bumpers and side bits colour coded? If so what did it look like, how much did it cost and would you recommend doing it??
Finally, my only other concern is that if I get the bumpers colour coded my car will become a model that peugeot don't actually manufacture as I do not intend undertaking any of the other slight changes to make it identical to the face-lift model.
Will this effect it's future resale value either way??
Finally Finally, are the colour coded bumpers manufactured by peugeot in the appropriate colour or do they all start life as the black ones I have now and sprayed at some point in the manufacturing process??
Many thanks to you all.
Lucyx
Colour coding.

HI Lucy,
I had my blue CC colour coded and it looked excellent!

More pics are here: http://comevisit.me.uk/gallery/view_alb ... car&page=2
It cost me £200 at a Peugeot bodyshop up in Leeds. They simply took off the existing black bits and sprayed them blue. However, some people apparently bought new bits and had them sprayed and fitted instead. And as long as you keep the receipt for warranty, if anything it will make the car more valuable. I certainly had no problem reselling my CC.
So stop thinking about it and just get them done!!!
