What's Happened to my Door?

I am yet another person that's driven over something bad in the road. This time it was a drain cover which must've been much lower than the surface because I was only going about 20mph but it shook my car. And since that moment my passenger door is rattling like mad. I was dreading looking as I thought something must've come loose (like trim or something) but I've checked and all seems ok. Can't see anything obvious. Any ideas?

I've turned the stereo up for now, but want to know if something has been damaged. :?
