Loud function on Stereo

Hey all
Just had a new stereo fitted due to last one losing radio presets, but have noticed that the loud function is different on this one.
On my old one it used to display the word loud (when loud function on) only when cd was playing not the radio. On this new stereo it is the opposite, it only displays the word loud when the radio is on, not the cd.

Can you let me know what yours does

I've found that despite the lack of intelligence the stereo has when it comes to storing things you have set, it actually remembers the lud setting.

Have you switched it on and off in both modes? On mine, I have the loud on for CD and off for radio and it remembers that so just check that you have actually activated it in both modes.

Other than that, i can't help so hopefully that is correct.

have you try it set on when the cd is playing?
it has two memorys one for the radio (autovolume , etc...) and one for the cd
