Hello all,

Just thought I'd post a quick hello - am a new 206cc owner as of 5 March and well chuffed with it. Not sure how all this site works but I'm sure I'll get used to it, been having a good look round and am amazed at what people have done to their cars - they all fabulous !!!! As soon as I get a photo of my car I'll pop it on my profile (if I work out how to do that !!!)

First thing for me I think is the chrome hoops - they really look fantastic.

I've also seen another site where you can buy a roof switch that enables one pull to open / close the roof without having to hold the button while it does it. Does anyone have one ? R they easy to fit ? Am definately not a mechanic but I know a man who is !!!!

Extremely pleased to be a fellow CC owner and found this site.

Hello :D
I fitted the CMC40 unit (the others were not around at the time i ordered the unit)
I would go for the CMC40, it does the job and works every time.

Thanx Greenday, as soon as I can muster some pennies (well quite a lot of pennies) I shall be ordering one as long as they're no too difficult to fit !!!!

Easy to fit, takes about 5 mins, requires you to take out a few stoppers and connect a couple of connectors then reattach the stoppers, dead easy and now the new improved instructions are up on the site you can't go wrong, also if you do need any help i'll be happy to give it

any feedback on the CMC40 esp. those who had used it for a period of time?

What happen if we drive faster than 40KPH when the roof is opening/closing? will it stop or be damaged?

i noticed a while ago that greenday had taken the site down.

he has now sold his CC so i'm not sure if he no longer sells the CMC unit.
