HI all !!

thanks again for the very nice day out today at blackpool! the sun was shining and in the end there was quite a lot of us wasn't there?

Debbie and I enjoyed ourselves very much and hope to have put a smile on Daniel's face letting him rev the Z

PS Nice to have finally met all the old timers of the forum like Derek, Paul (and gf) and Lyndon (and of course everyone else!)
Lyndon I'll mail you my pics of the day if you want to host them and stick them here!

By the way I quite liked the orange CC!!!!!

hello all

was nice to meet everyone and great to hear Dan enjoyed his day as it made the journey worthwhile.

after 456 miles i got home at 9.30pm which wasn't bad as i left blackpool at 6.30pm and stopped twice for red bull to keep me awake

i spent my last hour in blackpool buying food so visits to tesco express and morrisions meant i got some research done for work - not interesting but the kind of thing i need to do

so being there meant i never really had to go out of my way.

virtually the whole journey home was in the puring rain - my prayers for it to rain all day were finally answered - just a little late

i have some pics but too tired to download them tonight so will do it tomorrow and e-mail them to lyndon (mr pleasure beach)

for anyone who wasn't there a simple summary follows:

10.00am: lyndon finally get's into the pleasure beach after queueing all night

11.20am: lyndon turns up for the meet late due to being ...... at the pleasure beach

12noon: lyndon heads back ........... to the pleasure beach

3.00pm: after saying goodbyes lyndon drives round blackpool, goes for petrol and goes ............ to the pleasure beach

7.00pm: (no evidence but quite believable

) lyndon is dragged kicking and screaming from the pleasure beach as they try to close the gates

and yep i do like me theme parks

thought it was fashionable to arrive late anyway

i left the pleasure beach at 5.25pm as it had started to rain

was gonna stop longer tho

Hi all
Me and Tracy had a great day out and enjoyed meeting everyone. And were really glad Daniel enjoyed himself.
Quite liked the Z Minnel but don't think i could justify that kind of money on a car just yet.
