Is it all leaking out or just a bit?
Have you had your headlight bulbs replaced recently?
If so, it could be that the filler pipe has not been located correctly. The pipe pulls off to get at the back of the off-side light cluster. If it's not been put back correctly, you might loose a bit of fluid as it fills the resovoir and backs up the pipe.
Might be worth a check?

That is a very good point indeed! Because, yes, I had a quad light conversion done a few weeks ago and even more recent than that - we changed the standard bulbs for Ice Blue's.
